A doctoral college will be established at TSU, and the existing one at UIBK will be strengthened, creating exchange opportunities between PhD students and coordinators. Students will conduct field research, collect longitudinal data, and help maintain the digital platform while receiving enhanced training. They will also provide ongoing support and training to destination stakeholders.
