Destination stakeholders will be mapped and actively involved from the beginning. Through focus group workshops and innovative participatory visioning techniques, their needs, opinions, and perspectives will be explored in-depth. Selected stakeholder representatives will remain involved throughout the entire project to ensure continuous input.
